The Agency, which also will be the exclusive broker for The Residences, brings a wealth of marketing and sales expertise to the team, and will build upon the success that The Ritz Carlton Residences at L.A. The Agency was created as a result of a recent merger between two of Los Angeles' powerhouse luxury real estate brokerages: The Umansky Group and Rose + Chang. Entertainment and Culinary Stars Unite
at Los Angeles Food & Wine Festival
Last month, the inaugural Los Angeles Food & Wine Festival debuted at L.A. LIVE, merging all-star talent from both the entertainment and culinary worlds in the name of L.A. food and drink culture.
The food fete featured more than 140 renowned chefs, including Wolfgang Puck, Daniel Boulud, Tom Colicchio and Tyler Florence, who led cooking demonstrations, dinners and private after-hours events and tastings.
In true L.A. style, the celebrity toques walked the red carpet at the opening gala, where NOKIA Plaza L.A. LIVE was transformed into a food and wine wonderland with more than a hundred wineries from around the world represented; while artists such as Grammy Award-Winning rock band TRAIN and "American Idol" judge and acclaimed producer Randy Jackson were center stage.
As always, The Residences are never far from the action at L.A. LIVE.
Art + Food + Design Converge at
The Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE
This month marks the conclusion of our 2011 Cultural Arts Program, a series of private events curated by renowned experts about the topics of art, food and design. Created to showcase exclusive living at The Residences, the series featured cocktail receptions at the pool, progressive dinners at WP24 or in our exclusive 'private residence,' prepared by celebrated chefs Wolfgang Puck and 'rock'n roll" chef Kerry Simon, followed by dessert hour in our 42nd floor models.
Interior designers sfa design and Woodson & Rummerfield House of Design toured guests through the model homes, and representatives from PYO Gallery L.A. were on hand to talk about the new art collection installed in the model residences.
